Proxy Manager is not a "zero-logs" service. Here is exactly what we record and why.
1We never record
- The pages you open, what you send or receive, your searches or downloads.
2We record
- Your account (email), your devices, and the IP addresses your devices connect from (country and internet provider) — to secure your account and stop sharing and abuse.
- Each connection: the time, your device and its IP address, the server you chose and the IP address websites saw through it — to secure the service, answer lawful requests from the authorities, run plans and data limits and fix problems.
- Daily totals of website names (for example "example.com: 120 visits from Morocco today"), not linked to you — to see which services matter and block threats.
- Ads and websites blocked, as daily totals not linked to you.
- App downloads from this website: which app, kind of device, country and a scrambled code of the IP (not the IP itself) — to count downloads.
3How long
While your account exists. A deleted account is closed at once and its records are kept for 24 months, then erased (payment records are kept as long as the law requires).
