How do I connect?

Open Proxy Manager and press the big button: it connects to the fastest location. To choose a country, pick it in the list.

The button turns green and says "Protected" when your traffic goes through the VPN. Press it again to disconnect.

How does the free trial work?

Create an account in the app with your email and a password, then type the 6-digit code we email you (or click the link in the email). Your free trial starts then.

The trial includes a few countries and some data. When it ends, choose a plan to keep using every country.

On how many devices can I use it?

It depends on your plan (you can see it in My account). Sign in with the same email on each device. To free a place, open My account → Devices and sign out an old device.

How can I pay?

Open the app → Upgrade (or Plans & billing). You can pay by card, PayPal or crypto, monthly or yearly. Your plan turns on by itself as soon as the payment is confirmed.

How do I stop automatic renewal?

Card plans renew by themselves. To stop it, open the plans page → "Manage billing" and cancel. Your plan keeps working until its end date.

Can I get a refund?

If something does not work for you, write to support from the app within 30 days of your payment and we will look at it. See our refund policy for the details.
