These terms apply when you use Proxy Manager (the apps, the browser extension and this website), run by Proxy Manager.

1Your account

You need an account with a real email address. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. One free trial per person.

2Fair use

Do not use Proxy Manager for anything illegal, to attack or scan other systems, to send spam, to share content you have no right to share, or to resell access. We can pause or close accounts that break these rules, without refund. Plans with "no data limit" follow our Fair use policy (/fair-use): speed may be reduced for accounts that use far more data than normal personal use.

3Plans and payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Card plans renew automatically until you cancel ("Manage billing" on the plans page); your plan keeps working until its end date. Paying again adds time to your plan. Refunds follow our refund policy.

4The service

We work to keep Proxy Manager fast and available, but we cannot promise it will always work everywhere or with every website or service. Locations and features can change.

5Liability

Proxy Manager is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

6Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we tell you by email or in the app.
